The tool
Ledger Import Check examines the CSV and balances you provide. Results depend on correct column mapping, date order, amount signs, source completeness, and opening and closing values. Always review marked and excluded rows against the original bank statement before importing an export elsewhere.
No professional advice or warranty
The tool does not provide financial, accounting, investment, legal, or tax advice. It is provided “as is” without a guarantee that every bank format or data error will be detected. You remain responsible for your records, backups, and decisions.
Proof Kit purchase
Proof Kit is a one-time $12 license that unlocks a local index of up to 50 receipt snapshots. Core checking and exports remain free. Sociobot/Dodo is the merchant of record; checkout, receipts, and refunds are handled there. A refund revokes the license. A license is for the purchaser’s own devices and must not be shared publicly.
Your data and acceptable use
Your statement data is processed locally as described in the privacy notice. Do not use the service to violate law, interfere with availability, probe billing systems, or misrepresent a consistency receipt as an audit or professional certification.
Open-source software
The application source is offered under the MIT License. These service terms govern the hosted product and paid license, while the repository license governs reuse of the source code.
